More Than Enough

Join us for our next Messy Church session in June, where we’ll explore a powerful and encouraging story from the Bible—The Widow’s Oil (2 Kings 4).

In this story, we meet a woman who is worried and overwhelmed. She has lost her husband and is running out of money, with no way to provide for her family. Things feel uncertain and a little bit scary.

But when she cries out for help, God meets her right where she is.

Through the prophet Elisha, she is given a simple instruction: gather empty jars and start pouring the small amount of oil she has. What happens next is something amazing…

This story reminds us that God sees us in our need and can provide in ways we don’t expect. Even when what we have feels small, God can use it to do something much bigger.

Together, we’ll explore how this story connects to our lives today—learning that we can trust God with what we have, and that He cares about our worries, our needs, and our future.
